Senior Manager of Partnerships (Loyalty & Gamification)

Вам предстоит:
Идентификация и развитие партнерств:
· Искать и привлекать партнеров, соответствующих целям лояльности и геймификации.
· Вести переговоры и заключать соглашения, обеспечивая выгоды для пользователей.
Онбординг и интеграция:
· Координировать интеграцию партнеров с внутренними командами.
· Обеспечивать успешный запуск и работу партнеров.
Управление аккаунтами:
· Управлять взаимодействиями и поддерживать долгосрочные отношения с партнерами.
· Решать возникающие проблемы, обеспечивая соответствие ожиданиям компании.
Стратегическое соответствие:
· Синхронизировать партнерства с целями программ лояльности и геймификации.
Отслеживание и улучшение:
· Оценивать результаты партнерств и готовить отчеты.
· Предлагать идеи для улучшения программ лояльности.
Что для нас важно:
- Степень бакалавра в сфере финансов или маркетинга
- Релевантный опыт работы, не менее 5 лет
- Развитие продуктов / маркетинг / лояльность
- Умение строить финансовые модели
- Расчет окупаемости и NPV программы
- Умение работать с партнерами
- Знание языков: Русский, Узбекский и Английский
- Коммуникативность
- Самоорганизация
- Креативность
- Умение работать в команде
