Live-in Rota Nanny

Our clients, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, are looking for a well-mannered and easy-going career Nanny to look after their 2-year-old son. A Russian speaker would be ideal, but is not essential.

The position is mostly shared-care with a Governess, who comes to the house most days to teach the little boy. He's an active toddler, so someone with bags of energy and initiative is a must.

The role is a 24/2 rota with another Nanny, but accommodation can be provided throughout the whole week - either in the residence's staff area, or in a separate apartment. When the Nanny is on duty at night, she will share a room with the little boy.

The role involves regular travel to beautiful destinations all over the world and requires a Nanny who is happy to accompany the family. It is essential that the Nanny is laid-back, well-presented, professional, discreet, has good manners, and preferably leads a healthy lifestyle. A good communicator is key, as the house is fully staffed with a very supportive team. Experience in UHNW/formal households would be a plus, but is not essential.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• General nursery duties (bathing, feeding, putting the child to bed, etc.)
• Arranging activities with the child and spending time outdoors
• Child-related cooking, tidying, and laundry
• Overseeing the child's lessons with his Governess and Swim Instructor

It is a MUST that you meet the following:

• Good communicator and team player
• Well-educated and/or qualified in childcare
• Well-presented with good manners
• Happy to travel with the family
• Solid experience with the child's age group

Contract Length: Permanent

Working Days and Hours: 24/ 2 (2 day and night on/off rota)
Accommodation: Private bedroom and bathroom in the residence's staff area, or the option of a separate apartment

Salary: Circa £60,000 gross per annum, negotiable
