Что мы предлагаем:
Разработка и реализация стратегий performance-маркетинга, направленных на прибыльный рост компании
Анализ и оптимизация маркетинговых кампаний для максимизации возврата на инвестиции
Руководство командой performance-маркетологов для достижения их целей и показателей
Взаимодействие с кросс-функциональными командами для обеспечения соответствия маркетинговых активностей общим бизнес-целям
Управление бюджетом и его эффективное распределение между маркетинговыми каналами
Отслеживание трендов и новых технологий в отрасли для выявления новых точек роста
Анализ результатов маркетинговых кампаний и предоставление рекомендаций для повышения их эффективности в будущем
Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:
7+ лет опыта в performance-маркетинге, из них не менее 3 лет на руководящей позиции
Подтверждённый опыт достижения прибыльного роста за счёт performance-кампаний
Отличные аналитические навыки и умение принимать решения на основе данных
Сильные коммуникативные и лидерские качества
Опыт управления бюджетами и их распределением между маркетинговыми каналами
Опыт проведения A/B-тестирования и оптимизации конверсий
Знание текущих тенденций и новых технологий в digital-маркетинге
Высшее образование в области маркетинга или смежной сфере — приветствуется
