О роли
Мы ищем Business Owner для команды Growth & Onboarding . В этой роли вы будете отвечать за весь путь пользователя — от первого касания с продуктом до момента активации. Это ключевая позиция, напрямую влияющая на клиентский опыт, воронку и P&L.

Превратите точечные продуктовые инициативы в управляемую, воспроизводимую систему активации пользователей.
Поможете расти вашим PM-ам — в экспертизе, результатах и как личностям.
Сфокусируетесь на метриках роста: активация, конверсия, LTV, CAC.
Сделаете путь пользователя не только эффективным, но и приятным.
Что вам предстоит
Управлять командой и усиливать её за счёт системного подхода.
Сформулировать цели, выбрать подходы к активации и внедрить их в командную работу.
Оптимизировать воронку: от первого открытия приложения до активации.
Сегментировать пользователей, считать метрики и использовать данные в решениях.
Запускать и масштабировать продуктовые гипотезы.
Руководить кросс-функциональной командой.
Развивать продуктовую культуру и рост-подходы.
